1. Is delivery free?


Yes. All of our tables come with free delivery! We do not bother you with the delivery cost. We ensure the final price is the FINAL price, we wont charge you delivery on top! Most pool table sellers don't advise customers upfront on the delivery fee due to varying locations. In these situations, you could pay in excess of what you expected in the total price.


2. What happens when I make an order?


When payment has been received, we will proceed with shipping the table with a suitable courier depending on your location. We will provide you with a tracking number. The courier should contact you one day before the pool table is received.


3. What happens if something is damaged?


We wish to ensure customer satisfaction at its highest level! Any damaged products on delivery will be replaced subject to our terms and conditions. Just take a photo and let us know as soon as you receive the item. We will do our best to send you the replacement part in a timely manner. Our customers happiness is the focal point of our success!


4. Do all of the pool tables come with a free accessories pack?


Absolutely! Our pool tables come with free accessories including pool cues, balls and more! All of our customers have been satisfied with the quality and use of the pool tables.
